How To Get Abs Fast: The Sure-fire Way

If there’s one thing every person in the world knows for certain, it’s this: belly fat is ugly. Every pretty girl you see in magazines is reed thin, every hot male actor with toned stomachs. You pretend you’re fine with what you have, comfortable with how you look. But at the back of your mind, you know you want it –- that elusive flat stomach. If only you had the slightest idea how to get abs fast. The same to-die-for abs your next-door neighbor managed to have. How in the world did your used-to-be fat-bellied neighbor do that?

Just what is the key to that alluring fat-free belly? The answer is actually pretty simple, anyone could tell you: exercise. But here’s the catch — it’s not just any kind of exercise, you have to make sure you work all your abdominal muscles. How? Read on.

Okay, so the first tummy part you want to work on is your waist. Lie on your back and bend your knees. While supporting your head with one hand, lift your head and shoulders, and then reach for the knee opposite your free hand. It’s sort of like doing crunches but twisting your body. Do this 20 times, and then switch sides.

Next, you want to work on your vertical ab muscles. Sit on the floor with your knees bent, your feet flat on the floor, and your arms raised straight in front of you. Roll back until your lower back touches the floor, and then roll back up. After repeating this 15 times, roll back until your shoulder blades touch the ground, and then roll back up. Do another 15 of this.

Now, on to your horizontal ab muscles. You lie on your back, bend your knees at a 90-degree angle with the ground, and raise your feet a little bit higher than your knees. Lift your butt and then roll back to your shoulder blades. Next, roll to your tailbone, without letting your butt touch the ground. Repeat this 20 times.

Finally, to work on your lower ab muscles, lie on your back with your arms raised over your head, and your legs extended and crossed in the air. Lift your tailbone and then slowly lower. Repeat this 20 times.

Now, another simple tip on how to get abs fast is this: you are what you eat. That’s right, your food matters. It matters a whole lot. If you continue to pig out, all your exercise will go down the drain — along with all your unhealthy food. So eat right and exercise regularly, and you’ll be well on your way to that elusive flat stomach you’ve always longed for — faster than you can say “tummy tuck”.
