ecourse! The Best Way To Get Flat Abs — To A New YouYou don’t even want to look in the mirror anymore. It’s just too depressing. You have been trying and trying to lose all that belly fat for weeks, but nothing seems to work. It seems like you have tried everything, jumping from one exercise to another, without really knowing what the best way to get flat abs is. You just want to try everything and see what works. Now, while a little trial and error wouldn’t hurt, it can get pretty tiring and discouraging — especially when you have exhausted all effort without seeing some results. Wouldn’t you rather do the sure-fire way to getting flat abs? Before you get all excited and think getting flat abs is as easy 1-2-3, you have to keep in mind that it takes effort. But once you achieve the alluring flat abs you’ve always dreamed of, the effort will definitely be worth it. So what is the secret to getting that elusive flat stomach? Exercise – the kind that works all your abdominal muscles. You want to be able to work on your vertical ab muscles, horizontal ab muscles, lower ab muscles, waist, and if you’re oozing with extra energy, you can throw in a little extra exercise to work your lower back. To work on your vertical ab muscles, sit on the floor with your knees bent and you feet flat on the floor. With your arms raised straight in front of you, roll back until your lower back touches the ground, and then roll back up. Do about 15 of this, and then proceed to the “bigger” version of this exercise, this time with your shoulder blades touching the ground. Perform this 15 times. The next part you want to work on is your horizontal ab muscles. Lie on your back, bend your knees at a ninety-degree angle and raise your feet a little higher than your knees. Lift your butt and roll back to your shoulder blades, and then roll to your tailbone. Repeat this 20 times. For your lower ab muscles, you do the tailbone lifts. Lie on your back, raise your arms over your head, and extend and cross your legs in the air. Lift and slowly lower your tailbone 20 times. The next exercise is for your waist, where you only do simple cross crunches 20 times on each side. And if you want to work on your lower back, you can lie on your stomach and do inverted crunches. Now, we’re all done – for the exercising part, at least. Of course, all these exercises would be useless without the proper diet. Crunching your ab muscles plus, of course, eating the right kind of food is definitely the best way to get flat abs. So what are you waiting for? Get up and start working those ab muscles – to a beautiful new you.
