Does
Burn
the Fat, Feed the Muscle work? An Honest Review.
Having experimented with a few diet programs now we thought it was time
to give a Burn
the Fat, Feed the Muscle review. Here is a firsthand
review by one of our staff. "I have been through this program
for two 'cycles,' as I usually do when I spend my own hard earned cash
on a fitness program. In other words, to give an accurate review of
burn the fat I used it for a period of 4 weeks, then I went on a
different and unrelated mass gaining program to gain muscle, and then
again on Tom Venuto's program. I will break it down for you quite
simply:
I'll start with the pros. Other burn the fat feed
the muscle reviews I've read have just kind of said it's "good", but I
will explain why. First of all, it is very easy to understand.
No matter what your physique is, Venuto zeroes in on what 'body type'
you are which I found very helpful. Secondly...the goal of this ebook
is to quite simply lose fat and I lost a great deal while sparing
most of my muscle mass. He recommends to lift weights during
the program and I will second that, I strongly believe thats how I kept
my muscle. Nothing too crazy, maybe 3 times a week.
The biggest pro I got out of this was that it broke
down exactly how many calories I should be eating. When I mixed that
with the exercise I finally got rid of my belly fat
and had visible abs for the first time in my life.
Now for the cons. I'm not going to lie, this book
can be wordy at times. It's 340 pages. In my humble opinion there are a
few unnecessary sections.. For instance I personally didn't need an
entire chapter on goal setting. A few sentences would have been
sufficient for me. I'd recommend skipping over sections that don't
apply to you specifically.
Pros:
-caters to your specific body type
-any age, lost stubborn belly fat
-made my abs visible
Cons:
-book is a little long
-some
unnecessary sections
Would I buy burn the fat feed the muscle again? Absolutely.
If you commit to it more than I did you could probably get a full on
six pack but I was a little lazy and stayed content with my 'four'
pack. A few scattered reviews of burn the fat feed the muscle actually
called it the Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle Scam which I'm sure was
written by fairly lazy people who probably did no exercise. Make no
mistake, if you sit on the couch and don't follow the program you'll
get nothing from this. Do what he says and you'll have abs...I do. And
I even cheated a little. Go figure."
